This week, something extraordinary happened — Virago Logistics was named Australia’s National Winner of the 2025 Achiever Award for Transport, Delivery, Relocation, Service, and Supplies. Even typing that out feels surreal. And the cherry on top? We scored 98.17% for Customer Relations and Service.

Now, numbers are numbers, and awards are shiny (don’t get me wrong — we are thrilled to have this on the shelf)… but what I’m most proud of is what sits behind it. The people.

These are the women who hustle through the hard days, who problem-solve on the fly, who put their hands up when something unexpected lands on the warehouse floor (literally).

They’re the ones answering calls at odd hours, double-checking orders when no one else would notice, and making sure every client feels like their business is the only one that matters. This award belongs to them — to the way they show up, day in and day out, with grit, grace, and a level of service that can’t be faked.
