Over the last fortnight, Virago Logistics packed up one warehouse and rolled into another. Picture this: 10 semi-trailer loads, two sites buzzing at once, six movers, and a rotating Virago Logistics crew packing, palletising, loading, unboxing, and—yes—boxing shelves. (Allen keys were invited. They turned.)

We budgeted four days. We did it in three. Consider it a Gantt-to-done chart. 💪

By the numbers (because logistics loves a stat)

• 10 semis (very pallet-able content)
• 6 movers (plus our in-house legends)
• 4 locations running in stereo
• 3 days on semis (planned for 4)
• Sunday night: stock on shelves, scanners charged, go-time set

It was a HUGE move—like, forklift-your-feelings huge. But there’s nothing like starting Monday with a new warehouse, new layout, new offices and that fresh “we-shelf-actualised” energy.

The crew that crushed it

Our team moved like a well-oiled conveyor: wrap, strap, load, roll, slot. Every bay found its barcode. Every pallet found its postcode. We even tamed the inevitable one wobbly shelf foot (we leveled up).

To the team: you were relentless—in the best way. You didn’t just lift boxes; you lifted the whole operation.

Special shout-out to the family pit crew: the folks who drove trailers, built shelves, cleaned offices, did snack runs, and—MVP move—looked after my kids so I could be on deck making it happen. That’s not just support; that’s foundational infrastructure. ✨

What this unlocks

More room, smarter flow, faster in-bounds, cleaner lines, and scale without the squeal. Trucks are already making friends with the new dock. We’re live, labelled, and loading.

It was truly a team effort—and we pulled it off a day faster than planned. Shelves: stocked. Spirits: high. Outlook: only-up.
